One lane of the M62 near Brighouse was closed this evening following a three-vehicle crash.

Part of the fast lane of the eastbound carriageway between junctions 24 (Ainley Top) and 25 (Brighouse) was shut following the 6.15pm collision.

The lane was re-opened by 6.45pm after the three vehicles were moved to the hard shoulder, said the Highways Agency.

A police spokesman said no-one was injured in the crash.
