A man armed with a knife demanded staff open tills, before jumping over a shop counter and stealing cash and cigarettes.
Police say the robbery, which happened last night, may be linked to a similar crime in Huddersfield Road on Thursday last week.
The latest incident happened at about 7pm on Wednesday, in Beacon Road, Wibsey.
The man, who was carrying a knife, entered the store and told staff to empty tills. He then jumped over the counter and removed cash from the tills and some cigarettes before leaping back over the counter and leaving the store.
He is believed to have turned right up Beacon Road, towards Horton Bank Top.
The suspect was white, of average height and medium build. He was wearing a black zip-up top with a white zip, a black beanie hat, dark coloured tracksuit bottoms and white trainers. He also had his face covered with a scarf.
Detective Inspector Stuart Lyons, of Bradford CID, said: "It is possible this incident could be linked to a similar one in Huddersfield Road last week, but at this stage we are keeping an open mind and would appeal for anyone with information to contact Bradford CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
No-one was hurt in the incident.
