Property specialist Dacres Commercial has completed a hat-trick of property deals in Skipton town centre.
The company has let more than 2,000 sq ft on the second floor of Craven Hall, a Victorian building on the junction of Sackville Street and Keighley Road, to the Northern Dance Centre, Yorkshire’s longest established dance school, as a dance hall and studio.
The agency has also let a unit in High Corn Mill on Chapel Hill to Cats Only veterinary care, along with a retail unit at 21 Coach Street to The Gift Shop.
Jeff Crabtree, of Dacres Commercial’s Skipton office, said: “Skipton has a busy town centre with high levels of footfall so we continually experience strong demand for high quality property in the area.
"These three deals, on behalf of retained landlord clients with three very different types of business, are testament to the town’s appeal.”
