Nuisance residents in Woodhall Road, Thornbury, Bradford, are being evicted.
The move comes after diaries were handed to neighbours so they could make a record of disruption they were facing.
The landlord was also contacted.
Now the household has been served with a notice to quit within two months.
The eviction follows combined action from police, community-support officers and Bradford Council anti-social behaviour officials.
The situation is now being monitored so neighbours are kept up to date with progress in the case.
Anyone experiencing anti-social behaviour can e-mail the team on ganpt2@west yorkshire.pnn.police.uk.
