A Cross Hills, Keighley, company that supplies identification wristbands to UK hospitals has taken its technology to the Middle East.
Brenmoor is showcasing its full range of printable patient wristbands and blood bag tags at the Arab Health Exhibition in Dubai.
The four-day event – which ends today – is the biggest healthcare show in the Middle East, attracting more than 80,000 visitors.
Brenmoor supplies in excess of 70 per cent of UK hospitals with patient identification products, and is seeking to extend its distributor base to other countries, particularly the United Arab Emirates.
Director Michael Moorhouse said: “Arab Health is an excellent opportunity for us to show end-users from across the Middle East the benefits of using our products.
“Our track record in the UK with the NHS shows how using our products is hugely beneficial to everyday hospital working and can improve patient care.
“A Brenmoor printed hospital wristband is applied to a patient somewhere in the world every four seconds.”
