A man with a big nose tried to rob someone on a cul-de-sac in Wibsey, police say.

The attempted robbery, which involved other suspects, happened at a house on Somerville Park.

The offence came to light after police released details of crimes in the Wibsey ward between January 19 and Saturday.

The suspect is described as Asian, 5ft 5in, slim, 20 to 25, with black hair and black eyebrows. He was wearing a light-grey Adidas hooded top and black leather gloves.
