Police and emergency services have been called to a house in Eldwick following a death.

A spokesman said emergency services were called at around 9.10am this morning.

Neighbours have reported several police cars and two ambulances at the home in Sheriff Lane.

The police spokesman said: “We were called to reports of a sudden death. There don't appear to be any suspicious circumstances at this time.”
