Cyclists from Bradford Disability Sport used pedal power to meet Alhambra panto stars before the curtain fell on the final performance. The Lord Mayor of Bradford, Councillor Khadim Hussain, was inspired by his grandson, who has autism, to choose the charity as his appeal.
Bradford Disability Sport and Leisure provides people with disabilities with sporting opportunities, both recreational and competitive. The charity works with Bradford Council Sport & Recreation and Youth Service, schools, the University of Bradford, Keighley College, Haworth Riding for the Disabled and Special Olympics at a local, national and international level. Members met stars of Aladdin, which ends its run tomorrow.
