Firm friendships are being forged at a Bradford church thanks to a new multicultural cooking class.
The Scones and Samosas group, which has 12 members from England, Ireland, Germany and Pakistan, meets on Tuesday mornings at St Paul’s Church in Manningham.
The idea was suggested by Asian women who attend English classes at the church, run by Michelle Moyle.
“We hope to learn different recipes from each country,” she said. ”For those with little English, it’s a fantastic opportunity for them.”
