Man arrested on suspicion of Shipley theft offences
A local man was arrested on suspicion of offences of theft from motor vehicles in the Shipley area and going equipped for theft.
He was charged with four offences of handling stolen goods and going equipped for theft.
He was bailed pending a future court appearance.
