A Bingley woman has been fined £90 for distressing shoppers with “foul and offensive language”.
Police attended The Five Rise Shopping Centre following a report that a group of young people were acting in an anti-social manner and distressing shoppers and staff.
The 18-year-old woman, of Cottingley, was advised several times by police over her foul language. She continued and was subsequently arrested for public order offences and issued with a £90 ticket.
