Retiring abroad and the legal implications of a move overseas are topics that will be discussed at a free legal discussion group at the Clarke Foley centre in Ilkley, on Monday, at 1pm.
The Ilkley office of Wilsons Solicitors is hosting the event.
Steven Murgatroyd of Wilsons, said: “At this time of year it can be particularly depressing with the long dark nights and miserable weather.
“It is no coincidence therefore that people start to think about emigrating so they can not only enjoy better weather but also a more active lifestyle.
“However there are many things people should think about before selling up and jetting off.”
The forum, which is free to attend and open to everyone, takes place in the Games Room of the Clarke Foley centre in Ilkley and lasts one hour.
