Otley Athletic Club is aiming to help anyone who made a New Year resoution to get fit. The club’s beginners running group, which meets at 6.15pm at Otley Cricket Club each Tuesday, is keen to welcome new members.
Co-ordinated by a qualified leader in running fitness, Billy Rayner, Absolute Beginners gets two groups running and/or walking for about 30 minutes each week. For more information send an e-mail to run@otleyac.org.uk.
