Keighley and Ilkley Conservative MP Kris Hopkins welcomed news that inflation in the UK fell to two per cent last month, its lowest level since November 2009 and the sixth consecutive month that the rate has fallen.
Speaking from Westminster, the Housing Minister said: “This is certainly positive news and underlines once again that the Government’s unceasing efforts to drag the economy out of the mire it was left in under Labour are paying off.”
