Bradford rockers Man Can’t Fly are starting the new year with a bang, by releasing an EP next week.
The band will be celebrating the EP, called Take Me Home, with a sell-out gig at The Cockpit in Leeds tomorrow.
Take Me Home follows debut single Don’t Waste My Time, which had airplay on BBC Radio 1 last year. The Bradford quartet appeared at Leeds and Reading Festival and Bingley Music Live last summer.
“We’ve had the best start to a career that any band could hope for, but it’s still early in the day and we truly believe our best is yet to come,” said frontman Ben Wadsworth. “Don’t Waste My Time was a landmark for us, and people have been wanting more ever since. Now the wait is over and it’s something we’re exceptionally proud of. We have big plans for 2014 – this is just the start of it.”
The Take Me Home EP will be available to download from Monday.
The gig is supported by the Dunwells, Guiseley brothers Joe and Dave Dunwell who headlined the second stage at Bingley Music Live.
