To mark the closing of the My Head is an Animal exhibition, Thornton’s South Square Gallery is putting on live performance and film screenings of artists’ work involving the moving image on Friday, January 31, between 7pm and 9pm.
But before that, on Sunday, January 19, between 2pm and 4pm there will be a Knit and Natter session for those who prefer to knit or sew and talk.
Knitting, stitching, sewing, chatting, and drinking tea at will be the order of the afternoon. You are invited to bring your own sewing projects and learn new skills from other members of the group.
Afternoon tea will be served for a £1 donation. Knit and Natter is an official Stitch and Bitch group.
