An Otley Scout group will be able to 'go large' on the decorations next Christmas – thanks to a supermarket.

Sainsbury's Otley has given the colourful adornments it had hanging over its shop floor throughout December to Otley Parish Scouts.

Kevin Bumby, one of the Scout leaders, said: “After our Christmas activities we definitely needed some new decorations to lighten up the hall and these new ones look fantastic. I’d like to say a big thank-you to the team at Sainsbury’s Otley for this generous donation. We’ll certainly be putting them to good use.”
