Bradford Council is urging people to recycle their Christmas trees. A spokesman said: “If you are on a garden waste collection round, you may leave the whole tree on the kerbside on the day of collection. You may also take your tree to be recycled at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre or selected garden centres across the district. The trees will be shredded and composted.”
