Riasat Khan, aged 46, of Heath Terrace, Bradford Moor; driving without insurance, £110 fine, £105 costs, banned from driving for six moths. Gary Coates, aged 30, of The Grove, Idle; assault, 12 months’ community order, £100 compensation, £560 costs. Pawels Senchanko, aged 35, of Morley Street, Great Horton; theft, £70 fine, £105 costs. Hazel Anne Marsden, aged 30, of Saffron Drive, Allerton; assault, 12 months’ community order, £120 costs. Alison Thorp, aged 46, of Stamford Street, East Bowling; three counts of theft, application to revoke a community order without re-sentencing granted 12 months’ community order, £60 costs.
Vincent Carroll, aged 50, of Lister Lane, Bolton; drink-driving, four weeks’ community order with curfew, £145 costs, banned from driving for 23 months. Robert Collinson, aged 36, of Otley Road, Undercliffe; two counts of theft, commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence of theft, six months’ community order, £60 costs, £20 compensation; application to revoke a community order without re-sentencing granted.
Atif Hussain, aged 29, of Gladstone Street, Bradford Moor; wilful obstruction of a police officer, £110 fine, £105 costs; driving without a licence, causing a vehicle to stop in a pelican-controlled area, driving without insurance, no separate penalty, licence endorsed. Gareth Edward Thirkell, aged 18, of Angus Avenue, Wyke; burglary, 12 months’ community order, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £145 costs. Joanne Crabtree, aged 37, of West Royd, Wilsden; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, £200 fine, £640 costs.
Peter Edward Harrison, aged 53, of Northampton Street, Barkerend; assault, 18 months’ conditional discharge, £20 compensation, £15 costs. Christopher Sugden, aged 49, of Wesley Avenue, Low Moor; criminal damage, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £15 costs. Mohammed Michael Sharif, aged 54, of Little Horton Lane, Little Horton; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, £50 fine.
