Police are appealing for witnesses after an attempted burglary on a Bradford pensioner’s home.
Five men, one of whom was captured on a private CCTV camera, tried to break through the rear window of 76-year-old Sandra Parish’s house on Haworth Grove, Heaton, between 7.45pm and 8.30pm on December 29.
Mrs Parish was not in the property at the time, but neighbours were disturbed by the noise and called the police before the men could get into the house.
One suspect is said to have been wearing a blue Adidas bodywarmer, with another dressed in a blue hoody. The remaining three were said to have been wearing black or dark grey clothing.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said anyone with any information on the incident should contact the North Bradford Neighbourhood Police Team on 101, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on on 0800 555111.
