The Friends of Northcliffe are holding a winter woodland management morning on Saturday, and volunteers are welcomed.
The group, dedicated to maintaining and improving the Shipley park, will be thinning smaller beech saplings to enable the oak, rowan and birch saplings and bluebells to thrive. Tools and gloves will be provided.
Volunteers can meet at the bench on the path near the golf club at 10am.
