Bolton: non material amendment to permission 12/04161/OUT dated 25.1.13: residential development to create 46 dwellings with associated private gardens and access parking, land north of 863 Bolton Road.
Bradford Moor: part single-storey, part two-storey row of retail units with two-bed flat above to west of site, addition of single storey retail unit to Phase 2 retail units to east of site and single-storey central food court incorporating two additional retail units, Thornbury Centre, 79 Leeds Old Road. Bradford Moor: front dormer window, 27 Grenfell Road. Burley in Wharfedale: demolition of existing garage and entrance lobby and construction of new two storey side extension forming entrance lobby, kitchen, dining and family room with master bedroom above, 27 Mansfield Road.
City centre: refurbishment of existing solicitors office and conversion of first floor to three self contained flats, Y A & Co Solicitors, 32 Rebecca Street. Denholme: installation of one wind turbine on 35.4m monopole mast, New Close Farm, Brighouse and Denholme Road. Eccleshill: construction of single storey extension to rear of the following dimensions: depth of extension 5m, maximum height of extension 4m, height at eaves of extension 2.8m, 1 Fulford Walk.
Girlington: change of use from retail to A5 hot food takeaway, 297 Girlington Road. Great Horton: change of use and conversion of first floor office to one dwelling, 7 Southbrook Terrace. Great Horton: rear and side extension, 13 Snape Drive. Great Horton: residential development of 24 dwellings, Frensham Drive. Great Horton: construction of two storey side extension, 14 Robinson Court. Great Horton: change of use from shop and flat to flat and two shops, one Class A1 and one Class A2 letting office, 2 Grantham Road.
