Scouts got an insight into life as a pilot when they got behind the controls of a Boeing 737 aircraft.
The 21 youngsters from the 1st Burley-in-Wharfedale Scout Group looked round the cockpit when they were given a special tour of Jet2’s hangar at Leeds-Bradford Airport.
The cubs also learned about the work of engineers during the visit which was arranged to help them earn their Air Activities Badge.
