Children from Keelham, Wilsden and Harden primary schools filled 193 shoeboxes for children and families in Eastern Europe.
The Rotary Shoe Box Scheme is for ‘Children Helping Children’ and the three primary schools filled the boxes provided by the Rotary Club of Bradford West.
Organised and collected by Rotarian Tony Caunt, the boxes are now on their way to countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Romania and Bulgaria where children and families will benefit.
