Silsden: non material amendment to permission 12/02539/FUL dated 8.8.12: change of use of ancillary barn to two dwellings (Class C3) and associated works (resubmission) to include repositioning and sizing of approved rooflights, with additional two rooflights, existing door opening to south elevation to be retained and converted to window, formation of one first-floor window to south elevation, formation of one first-floor window to north elevation, size and position of new windows on dwg no 201, 10 Bradley Road. Silsden: non-material amendment to planning approval 13/01228/HOU (demolition of recent extension to listed building and addition of new rear annex) to include: glazing modification, additional external door and solar panels, Town Head Farm, North Street.

West Bowling: construction of single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4 metres, maximum height of extension 3.8 metres, height to eaves of extension 2.9 metres, 248 Parkside Road. West Bowling: erection of 45 houses with associated parking and landscaping, land at Parkway.
Wibsey: retrospective single-storey extension to rear and side and reduced garage to store room, 14 Northdale Mount. Wibsey: single and two-storey side and rear extensions, 12 Mayo Crescent. Wibsey: single-storey rear extension extends beyond the rear wall 4m, maximum height 3m, height at the eaves 2.5m, 27 Hallbank Drive. Wilsden: stable block, The Barn, Norr Hill Farm, Lee Lane.
