A man died after stockpiling sleeping tablets from his GP and taking seven times the normal dose, an inquest has heard.
Kenneth Taylor, 48, of Woodgarth Gardens, Holme Wood, Bradford, was discovered lifeless on the floor of his home by his girlfriend’s mother.
She found him in the early hours of December 21 last year after her daughter told her Mr Taylor had on the previous night pushed bank cards and a remorseful note though her letterbox.
Assistant Bradford coroner Oliver Longstaff yesterday recorded a verdict of suicide.
