The former parliamentary secretary of MP George Galloway will stand trial next year.
Aisha Ali-Khan, 33, of Keighley, has pleaded not guilty to encouraging misconduct in a public office and encouraging obtaining of personal data without consent on or around August 24, 2012.
A trial has been set for June 23 next year.
She was arrested and charged alongside her husband Detective Inspector Afiz Khan, 46, based in the Specialist Operations unit in the Metropolitan Police. He has pleaded guilty at Southwark Crown Court to two counts of misconduct in a public office.
They were arrested and charged following an investigation by the Directorate or Professional Standards into a complaint from a member of the public.
Sentencing for Afiz Khan will take place at the conclusion of the trial of Aisha Ali-Khan.
Misconduct proceedings in relation to Afiz Khan will also start in due course. He has been suspended by the Met.
