Talks held on dementia-friendly society work
GPs and health professionals are being asked to invite patients suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease to discuss the development of dementia-friendly communities.
A meeting has been organised by Bradford Council and the Alzheimer’s Society on Thursday, January, 26, from 10am at Victoria Hall, Queensbury.
