Rail commuters have been warned that services will wind down for Christmas starting on Christmas Eve.
Northern Rail, which operates services on the Airedale, Wharfedale and Caldervale routes, will be reducing the frequency of services from 7pm, with very few trains running after 9pm.
Services will not run at all on Christmas Day or Boxing Day and a normal service will resume on Friday, December 27, except for a few very early morning services.
New Years Eve will again see services winding down from 7pm, and services will start a little later on New Year’s Day. Normal service will resume on January 2.
