Police yesterday mounted a new appeal for information about a three-strong gang who pushed a man to the ground and stamped on him before robbing him in Brighouse.
The 55-year-old victim was walking in Lands End recreation ground, off Halifax Road, when he came across two men and a woman.
The woman attacked the man, who suffers from a medical condition, and he fell to the floor.
Along with her companions she stamped on his hand, breaking several bones, and stole £200 from his pockets.
The two men are described as white and one was wearing black Reebok trainers. The white female was wearing a blue tracksuit with a white stripe.
Police have urged anyone with information about the robbery on November 5 to call Calderdale CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
