20 evacuated from Lidget Green house after fire
About 20 people were evacuated from a Bradford house last night after a cooker burst into flames.
Firefighters from Fairweather Green station were called to a property on Northside Terrace, Lidget Green, at 7pm.
A fire service spokesman said there was a family reunion taking place at the house when the fire started in the basement.
No-one was hurt. A cooker was damaged.
