Bradford Bulls Rugby League Club has now filed its overdue annual return, meaning the business no longer faces being struck off.
The Telegraph & Argus today reported how OK Bulls, the company which runs the Super League club, had missed a deadline of September 27 for submitting vital company information to Companies House, which was preparing to place a notice in the London Gazette asking if there were any objections to it striking off the business.
By this morning, the business registration body’s website confirmed an annual return had been submitted on behalf of the company, run by directors Mark Moore, Andrew Calvert and Ian Watt.
The document dated August 30, which should confirm details including who owns shares and how many, was not available for public inspection last night.
