A six-year-old boy was delighted to win a new mountain bike in a raffle which is raising funds for Bradford Hospitals Children’s Charity. Jacob Hammond, of Huddersfield, won the first prize – an Adventure 240 Junior bike worth £300 – which was donated by JD Cycles of Ilkley. The raffle has raised more than £1,000 for the charity and will go towards enhancing the environment and equipment for babies, children and their families who are being cared for by Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
