Christopher Silson, aged 25, of Swaine House Road, Swaine House; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for original offence of two counts of theft, community order made. Nathan Sheilds, aged 20, of Brendan Walk, Holme Wood; failure to comply with community order, order varied with curfew. Jomir Ali, aged 28, of Spring Gardens, Drighlington; two counts of failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs. Rosemary Casey, aged 59, of Little Horton Lane, Little Horton Green; application to revoke community order, dealt with for the original offence of falsely claiming benefit, two years conditional discharge.
Paul Anthony Greenwood, aged 42, of Garsdale Avenue, Thorpe Edge; theft, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence of theft, community order made, £60 costs. Mohammed Michael Sharif, aged 54, of Little Horton Lane, Little Horton; possession of articles for use in theft, jailed for 28 days, suspended for six months, £80 costs. Mohammed Israr Yaqoob, aged 28, of Hollybank Grove, Upper Green; racially aggravated harassment, assault, jailed for six months, suspended for 24 months, £250 compensation, £165 costs. Simon David Gott, aged 25, of Arctic Parade, Great Horton; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, restraining order made, £100 fine, £105 costs. Martin Martinka, aged 20, of Tile Street, Manningham; failure to attend follow-up assessment, two counts of failure to surrender to custody, community order made with curfew, £145 costs. Jade Proctor, aged 21, of Sydenham Place, Undercliffe; theft, three counts of failure to surrender to custody, community order made, £60 costs.
Richard Bambuch, aged 28, of Woodstock Walk, Manchester Road, Broomfields; theft, community order made, £25 fine, £60 costs. Anthony Britton, aged 38, of Prospect Walk, Windhill, Shipley; theft, dealt with for original offence of two counts of theft, jailed for ten months, community order revoked. Stephen J Spaven, aged 36, of Thornton Road, Girlington; failure to comply with community order, order varied with ten hours’ unpaid work. Nicholas Green, aged 21, of Rouse Fold, East Bowling; theft, £65 fine, £105 costs.
