Parts of Bingley were plunged into darkness this evening because of a power cut.
Street lamps and traffic lights went off because of a “fault on the electricity network”.
Northern Powergrid said the power cut was reported to them at about 6.20pm.
Areas affected included Keighley Road and Main Street, as well as streets close to Bingley train station and Bingley Town Square.
A spokesman said: “The power cut was due to a fault on the electricity network.”
The spokesman later said power had now been restored.
