Haworth bar and bistro Gascoigne’s has won permission to serve drinks to all visitors to its premises at the top of Main Street.
The family-owned business, which incorporates the Haworth Steam Brewery applied to sell alcohol to non-diners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights to a licensing panel.
And the application to Bradford District Licensing panel was backed by a petition of 350 signatures from supporters of the changes.
“We’ve ended up getting it granted and of course we’re very pleased,” said manager Kelly Gascoigne.
“Nothing will really change in the way we run the place or the type of people who come here.
“The difference is that at last we’ll be able to welcome all the tourists – especially during the Grand Depart.”
The family have also decided not to bring in the changes until the start of the New Year.
“We have had lots of support which we’re very grateful for,” said Miss Gascoigne.
She runs the front of house while her dad Andy does the brewing and mum Mandy prepares the food.
