A development of 50 homes could be built in Wyke, Bradford.
Barratt David Wilson Homes has submitted plans for the new three, four and five-bedroom homes, which would be built on 4.5 hectares of land at Shirley Manor, Huddersfield Road.
The plans also include access roads, off-site drainage and other associated works.
The developer’s application says the land has been previously developed and has outline planning permission.
Fewer than two hectares would be developed with the rest kept as woodland.
