Bradford District Care Trust has appointed a new member to its board.
The NHS Trust Development Authority confirmed the appointment of David Banks as a non-executive director.
He replaces Ian Cherry, who has announced his plans to step down from the role due to ongoing work commitments.
Mr Banks has 30 years of experience in the financial sector from his previous roles including finance director at Zytronic and non-executive director at Castle Support Services.
He said: “It is both an exciting and challenging time to be joining Bradford District Care Trust.
“As with other NHS organisations nationally, the challenge is to continue to deliver high quality care.”
