The former Paradise Farm public house in Clayton, Bradford, has been sold at auction for £180,000.
The vacant Grade II-listed building in Paradise Green was offered for sale with a pre-planning application submitted for conversion into four houses, along with four new-build properties.
Among other properties sold at the Eddisons auction in Leeds was a tenanted sandwich shop in Wyke which was knocked down for £78,000. The property on Huddersfield Road, also includes a vacant apartment.
In 2013, Eddisons raised more than £60 million at 21 auctions, featuring more than 1,000 lots.
Tony Webber, head of auctions, said: “Market conditions have certainly improved since this time last year and we can look forward to the New Year with plenty of optimism.’ Eddisons’s next three-day sale takes place in London on February 18, Leeds on February 20 and Manchester on February 25.
