A 43-year-old man caught in charge of a Bradford cannabis farm thought he was nurturing a legal cooking herb, a court was told.
Vietnamese national Phu Pham pleads not guilty to production of cannabis on or before September 23 at a house in Nurser Place, Little Horton. He appeared in custody at Bradford Crown Court yesterday and will stand trial on February 10.
The court was told there were 70 cannabis plants at the property, with a potential yield of three kilos.
