A jury at Bradford Crown Court was today resuming its deliberations in a conspiracy to burgle trial.
The panel retired to consider its verdicts yesterday morning, but was sent home for the afternoon because a juror had an appointment.
Judge John Potter told the 12 not to talk about the case until they were again all assembled in their jury room after 10.30am.
Stewart Marshall, 44, of Mayfield Rise, Wyke, Bradford, and Len Lawrence, 49, of Bush Hill Fold, Queensbury, deny plotting to burgle old and vulnerable householders.
Marshall and his daughter, Paige Marshall, 20, also of Mayfield Rise, deny converting criminal property.
Marshall’s partner Emma Croasdell, 38, of the same address, pleads not guilty to arranging to control criminal property.
