Bradford schoolchildren have brought Christmas cheer to patients and staff at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Pupils at Keelham Primary School, Thornton, helped staff deck out vascular surgery ward 26 with a giant festive poster which took them five weeks to put together.
Head teacher Debra Butler said: “We have very strong community connections and the pupils who attend our out-of-school craft club decided that they wanted to do something to cheer up patients who might be spending this Christmas in hospital.
Ten students, aged between six and 11 years old, presented the poster to ward sister Marianne Downey.
