Householders celebrating Christmas in Bradford are being asked not to forget to recycle over the holiday period.
The eight Bradford Council Household Waste Recycling Centres in the district will be open for business as usual except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
If householders have more recycling than will fit in their normal containers, they can put it out in bags and it will be collected.
Residents should check their bins for recycling stickers which outline the changes to the recycling collections over the Christmas period.
And you can dispose of your real Christmas trees at a local Household Waste Recycling Centre, Peel Park Nursery and ACW Garden Centre, Canal Road; Stephen H Smith, Wilsden; Tong Garden Centre, Tong Village; Woodbank Garden Centre, Harden.
