Bradford-based charity Human Relief Foundation has started a Secret Santa appeal for needy children in the district.
The appeal will give gifts to children who are full-time carers to parents with terminal illness, children who are living in poverty and children whose parents are using foodbanks.
Killinghall Primary School and Laisterdyke Business and Enterprise College have already pledged their support, raising funds through non-uniform days and bake sales.
It costs £25 to donate a gift to a needy child this Christmas. Go to secretsantabradford.
