Two fraudsters, who conned an elderly woman out of thousands of pounds over building work at her home, had their cases adjourned yesterday because a pre-sentence report was not ready.
Steven Robinson and Danny Coulton had been due to be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court, but the report on Coulton was not available.
Adjourning sentencing until the New Year, Judge John Potter told Robinson he could not sentence him in isolation.
Robinson, 30, of Edge End Road, Buttershaw, Bradford; and Coulton, 33, of Heysham Drive, Holme Wood, Bradford, pleaded guilty to fraud.
They were granted conditional bail.
