A poster designed by a ten-year-old girl highlighting dangers associated with cold weather will be on display at Northern Rail stations from January.
The winning designs have been created by young people from all corners of Northern’s network and have been made into posters that will be seen by thousands of rail users.
They highlight the dangers of slips, trips and falls due to the colder weather Among the winning artists is Emily Shaw from Ilkley.
She joined other young artists on a trip to Screenprint & Display in York to see her poster being created, and received a Northern Rail family pass as well as £50 worth of high street shopping vouchers.
