Keighley: formation of front dormer window, 43 Cliffe Street. Lidget Green: retrospective change of use from light industrial (B8) to MOT and car repair centre, Unit C 25 Staveley Road. Little Horton: alterations to shop front and side, Zebs Pizza Bar, 647 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: installation of three fascia signs and one projecting sign, 387 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: single-storey extension to rear to form disabled access wetroom, 82 Donisthorpe Street.
Manningham: second-floor rear extension, 89 Lilycroft Road. Manningham: single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth from original rear wall 5.6m, maximum height 3.8m, height to eaves 2.9m, 25 Spring Gardens. Manningham: single- storey storage building in rear yard, 85 Whetley Lane. Menston: non-material amendment to permission 13/00836/HOU dated 01.05.2013: construction of first- storey rear extension forming en-suite and dressing room, first- storey side extension over garage creating office and games room to include increase ridge height of extension by 300mm, Ashfield House, Windermere Avenue.
Oakworth: side extension, 17 Lane Ends, Colne Road. Oakworth: single-storey extension to rear, 27 Pasture Avenue. Oakworth: two-storey rear extension and garage conversion, 26 Maple Avenue. Oxenhope: equestrian building with storage, Saddlers Farm, Upper Marsh Lane.
Shipley: construction of a detached bungalow with access from Nab Wood Crescent, 18 West Way. Shipley: detached garage/ store to rear, 44 Nab Lane. Shipley: construction of two- storey side and rear extension with part single-storey rear extension, 56 Nab Wood Crescent. Silsden: agricultural building, former Beck House Farm, Low Lane. Steeton with Eastburn: addition of one dwelling to the construction of three dwellings approved under planning permission 13/01235/FUL dated 19.06.2013, 23A High Street.
Thornton: replacement of two external doors, 47 Market Street. Thornton: single-storey rear extension, 59 Oakhall Park. Tong: change of use from Class A1 retail shop to Class A5 takeaway hot food shop, 363 Tong Street.
