Plans for a farm worker’s dwelling near Keighley have been refused by Bradford Council. Planning officers said the structure, at Marley Farm would be an “intrusive feature” in the countryside area. Applicant M Stone argued that a worker needed to live on the cattle farm for security reasons. But officers said the house would not be near the buildings with livestock.
