Two Shipley shops are joining forces to celebrate their success.
Neighbours Peacock Blue Vintage and Cakes to Please, located by the town’s iconic clock tower, are holding a combined birthday and relocation party on Saturday.
Peacock Blue Vintage, which is owned and operated by Mat and Helen White, is marking its first birthday, while Cakes to Please is celebrating moving from the indoor market to its Kirkgate shop.
Mr White said: “We would like to thank our customers for their support during our first year of trading.”
Cakes to Please manager Tracey Snaith said: “We are delighted with our new location and premises and we are looking forward to welcoming lots of our customers, to our launch party.”
Celebrations run throughout the day and include a fashion show, which customers can join in at 7.45pm, and musical performances.
