An Ilkley singer-songwriter has scooped an award for a music video as part of Leeds International Film Festival.
Rupert Stroud, 26, won The People’s Choice Award at The Leeds Music Video Awards, which is part of this month’s 27th Leeds International Film Festival.
His video is for his last release, Never Back Down, which has had national radio airplay on Dermot O’Leary’s BBC Radio 2 show, as well as XFM and BBC Radio London.
It was filmed by Leeds-based film production company Shot By Sodium and beat 31 other entries.
